Sweat Fitness is an elite, no non-sense personal training studio that offers private and semi-private personal training to our clients by appointment only. We have no membership fees or monthly dues.

Our Specialties

We specialize in Sports Specific Training, Core Strength and Stability, Functional Training, Youth Athletics, Body Sculpting & Toning. Sweat is the exclusive home of "CROSS-BOX Training", developed by Sweat owner, fitness and martial arts expert Billy Borja. CROSS-BOX Training is an intense up-tempo, cross-training method that utilizes basic boxing techniques and training drills.

Who Are Our Clients?

SWEAT Fitness clients include athletes from football, baseball, tennis, soccer, surfing, mixed martial arts (MMA) and more. We are serious about working with athletes in competitive sports because most athletes understand that it takes dedication, hard work, and discipline to compete on any level. At SWEAT we focus on helping the athlete take their performance to the highest level.

Other SWEAT clients include doctors, attorneys, restaurant owners, real estate professionals, stock brokers, business executives, moms and dads, married couples, college students... you get the picture. We will work with just about anyone who is serious about getting results, who is willing to work hard, and is tired of the "big gym" social scene that most health clubs have become.
