Boot Camp Classes

We offer bootcamp for every level of fitness and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All exercises can be modified and/or changed for the individual. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early.

This class is a combo of strength training, cardio and high intensity interval training  so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.
