Kelly is a former college basketball athlete, who has found that resistance training is key to client weight-loss and over all strength gains. She brings a determined, but encouraging energy to all her clients and classes.
Chris was a college soccer athlete, and still coaches today. He approaches his own training with patience and resolve and brings that same attitude to his clients.

Lori is addicted to the fit life and is high energy. During bootcamps, she also trains alongside you, so you never feel like you’re working out alone.
With a background in gymnastics, Tony has a passion for applying his experience to helping you develop lean muscle and healthy joints.
